Starward Distillery & Bar is home exciting whisky experiences including tours, masterclasses and even a Fill Your Own Bottle experience. Guest can enjoy an innovative menu offering cocktails, whisky tastings, and seasonal small plates.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Bar Manager is key in providing an authentic memorable Starward experience, showcasing our brand in a range of ways including in-store experiences and drink service, to tours and masterclasses.
About you
We’re looking for a passionate hospitality professional that want to be a part of an exciting and growing Australian whisky brand.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role and style venue. They will have a solid understanding and appreciation for cocktails and whisky, and a passion for service.
Being confident, organised and demonstrated communication skills will be paramount, with experience in all facets of venue operations including menu costing, stock control and drink creation.
A valid RSA will be required.
