Are you ready to lead the bar at one of Melbourne’s most iconic dining destinations? Chin Chin is looking for a vibrant and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team! This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
As Bar Manager, you will oversee service delivery, maintain the bar, and develop your crew, all while embodying the values of LUCAS Restaurants. Your service skills are top-notch, expansive knowledge and have a strong guest focus that leaves a lasting impression.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Experience in leading high-performing bar teams
- A solid understanding of management practices
- Exceptional service skills with a strong guest focus
- Demonstrate adaptability and thrive in high-pressure service periods
- Extensive knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
- Experience with stock control and inventory management
- Building effective relationships and creating a team culture
- Organisational and time management skills
- Consistently meeting and exceeding GP targets
- Labour Management and Work, Health & Safety compliance
