Rays Sandwich Deli is a New York / Italian sandwich joint in the heart of Hawthorn, and we're looking for a passionate foodie to join our small and growing team.
We value old school hospitality, quality produce, attention to all details.
We are looking for a chef / sandwich artist who has:
- minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- sound prep and knife skills
- a passion for sandwiches
- a strong commitment to hospitality
This role involves prep as well as making sandwiches. Working in a small team and space, it requires efficiency and an ability to remain calm and quick in a high volume, fast paced environment.
We dont make a fuss. We just make great sandwiches.
