Venue Manager x 2 - Thornbury

 The role consists of:

• 5 shifts per week with a mix of days and evenings
• Daily operations of the venue
• Responsibilities over rostering and COGS, satisfying targets
• Stock management
• Attending regular management meetings and team training
• Recruitment (your venue, your team)

The role will require :

• At least 3 years’ experience in hospitality management
• Wine knowledge is essential
• Attention to detail with excellent communication skills essential
• An ability to see the bigger picture
• Knowledge of Italian food and beverage would be advantageous
