Meletos is a busy precinct encompassing an Italian inspired 100 seat boutique restaurant, function spaces and exclusive accommodation.
Located on St Huberts Road, Coldstream, Meletos operates 7 days a week for lunch and dinner as well as hosting events.
Meletos boasts stunning views out to the blue-tinged Great Dividing Range and is surrounded by acres of vineyards, apple orchards and our own kitchen garden.
Our continually evolving menus have a strong focus on fresh, seasonal and regional produce. We work closely with some of the Victoria's finest food producers & winemakers, many of which are located just around the corner or up the road from our kitchen.
We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team who is passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to fresh seasonal & local produce.
The Position:
This full-time position will require the availability to work a flexible 7 day roster and the availability to work weekends, Public Holidays and evenings is required.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role, within a fast paced kitchen environment.
You will be committed to delivering our renowned level of outstanding food and service and maintaining our position as being the very best at what we do.
