About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry's best Supervisors. Deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests and team.
Main Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times during service periods
- Ensure work stations are maintained, stocked up & presentable at all times
- Responsible for the delivery of service related to Training and Development programs, including induction plans, buddy shifts, and any other service related training.
- Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned, and ensure readiness of crew, equipment, stock, stations and floor for service
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
- Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Organisational and time management skills
- Exemplary leadership with focus on developing crew for career growth
- Solid understanding of supervisory practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
- Passion for hospitality and hunger to accelerate your career
- Ability and desire to mentor and lead others
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shift
