You will also have a fixed roster with two consecutive days off.       WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR   *      An individual with a strong focus on service and knowledge in both food and beverage.   *      Previous Management experience in a similar environment with an strong attention to detail.   *      The want to work with a professional team in an iconic Melbourne restaurant   *      Friendly, professional people.   *      Hospitality Dilpoman and a minimum 2 years in a similar role and environment for experience.   *      WSET is desired but not essential.       THE ROLE: Supervisor   *      Responsible for service and sales.   *      Delivering exceptional customer service when acting in the role of the restaurant’s Supervisor.   *      Maintaining the dining room to be an acceptable level at all times.   *      Maintaining and exceeding guest expectations.   *      Assisting the General Manager with daily and weekly restaurant operations.   *      To capably lead FOH staff members during service.   *      Implementing and managing a roster of up to 20 staff.   *      Maintaining the Opening and Closing of the Restaurant.       If this is a role that you interests you and you feel that you have the personal touch on service and skill set we are looking for, please send your cover letter and CV to bradley@misterbianco.com.au  Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
