Position Summary:

As a Full-Time Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and service. You will work closely with our team to create and prepare a variety of breakfast, lunch, and brunch dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect our cafe's unique style
• Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Manage food inventory and costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certificate or diploma in culinary arts or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent leadership and management skills
