About the Opportunity:
Lucas Restaurants are on the look-out for a Storeperson to join our opening team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all receiving and storing of general and perishable goods. 

Main Role Responsibilities:
  • Use H&L to order and manage stock
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of the store area
  • Receiving and storing general and perishable goods
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
  • Demonstrated a minimum of one year of experience as a Storeperson in a restaurant environment or similar
  • Food safety knowledge is advantageous
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to keep detailed and accurate records
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing stock levels and flow to minimise stock outages, overages and duplication
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Able to lift goods/equipment up to 20kg
  • Understanding of OH&S and work safe practices
  • Must have full work rights in Australia
