Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation

Position Overview:
As a Chef at Canadian Bay Hotel, you’ll be responsible for preparing and presenting a range of high-quality dishes, bringing fresh ideas to our menu, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant, supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook diverse dishes with a focus on quality and presentation
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and innovation
• Contribute to menu planning and seasonal updates
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization standards
• Manage kitchen operations, including ordering and inventory

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Chef, with a strong culinary background
• Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation and flavors
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Minimum qualification: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
• Experience: 1-2 years as a Chef
