+39 Pizzeria is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our small and fun family. Located centrally in the heart of Melbourne, our restaurant is focused on delivering an excellent customer experience.

+39 pizzeria is an intimate Italian restaurant with a close-knit team that takes pride in serving great dishes inspired by traditional Italian cuisine with a modern twist.

Broadly, your role will include:

• Staff management – Hiring, training, supervising all front of house employees
• Staff rosters & Budget – Create and maintain weekly rosters for Front of House staff and managing budgets
• Customer Service – Leading the team as the face of the business, serving as a lead for handling customer enquiries and complaints, taking reservations, greeting, and advising customers
• Daily takings – Management of Daily Takings Reports, ensuring accuracy and profitability across all shifts and staff members
• Compliance – ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

The ideal candidate must have:

• A relevant Diploma of Hospitality or Business, plus at least two years’ experience in a similar role. Three years’ experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Knowledge of Italian food and wine
• Management and leaderships skill
• Demonstrated customer focus
