What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated and ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager who is passionate about the hospitality industry and ready to take the next step in their career journey. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring warm, consistent, and memorable service. You will work closely with a talented and passionate team, inspiring and motivation them to uphold the highest standards of hospitality. As a leader, you’ll be someone who leads by example, fosters teamwork, and consistently looks for ways to improve standards and service, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Selection Criteria

  • 2+ years previous experience in a junior management position within a venue of similar calibre
  • WSET and/or CMS education preferred, but not compulsory
  • Victorian RSA Certificate
  • Bartending and cocktail knowledge is highly advantageous
  • Drive to continuously learn personally and professionally
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Strong work ethics, time management and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate about enhancing guest experiences through their knowledge of food, wine and service
