All-Rounder (Barista & Production Assistant)

Blume Coffee is looking for a specialty coffee barista who’s keen to expand their skills into coffee production. This role is a mix of three days on the bar and two days in production, giving you the chance to grow beyond making coffee into the world of roasting and dispatch.

You'll work closely with our founder/head roaster Angus at our Abbotsford café and roastery—a great opportunity to learn and be part of a small, hands-on team.

• At least 2 years of specialty coffee experience

• Packing & Dispatch - Get coffee orders out the door accurately and on time.
• Stock Management - Keep track of inventory and help things run smoothly.
• Roastery Upkeep - Keep equipment clean and running well.
• Production Roasting -  Introduction to roasting coffee. Learning to operate a small batch roaster and follow roast profiles consistently and efficiently
• Learning & Improving - Stay curious—there’s always more to know about roasting and coffee quality.
• Love for Coffee & Sustainability - We care about where our coffee comes from—you should too.
• Attention to Detail - Whether it’s packing or tracking orders, care about the small stuff.
• Team Player - Work well with the crew, suppliers, and customers.
