We are looking for FOH Managers to join the opening team of Lucas Restaurant's newest Sydney venue - Grill Americano, opening this September.

About Lucas Restaurants:

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the best leaders in the industry to join the opening team. Be instrumental in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests and team.

Must be willing to relocate to Sydney.

  • Assistant Managers
  • Bar Supervisors
  • Supervisors
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
  • Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
  • Restaurant opening experience is advantageous
  • Proven track record in leading a high performing team
  • Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew development
  • Exceptional service skills and guest focus
  • Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods
  • Proven ability in building effective relationships
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Must possess a valid RSA certificate
  • Qualification in Hospitality, Management or similar discipline
