Chefs wanted for a small, fast-paced Sri Lankan restaurant in Darlinghurst
Lankan Filling Station is a bustling and fast paced inner-city venue in the suburb of Darlinghurst. Since opening in July 2018 we have continued to deliver a high level of excellence whilst pushing Sri Lankan flavours into the spotlight of Australian cuisine. We are extremely passionate about our food and service and invite others to join us. We are a small team that look out for one another and encourage a positive, safe working environment.

Our dishes are built on spices and complex flavours, with in-depth procedures which require precision and attention to detail.
Previous experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment is preferable, but any prep/service experience is a good starting point for us to build up your knowledge and skills. As there is a lot of prep work that goes into our dishes, we are looking for chefs with the ability to self-discipline and time manage in order to complete all necessary prep during solo day shifts.
Again, we are currently operating from Monday-Saturday.
