What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Diploma of Hospitality Management (Commercial Cookery)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar kitchen role
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day food preparation and service
- Maintaining high standards in food presentation, portioning, and timing
- Monitoring stock levels, ensuring quality control, and supporting cost management
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen in line with OHS and food safety regulations
