A full time chef required to run a simple fresh and quality menu Burgers+Toasties+Sandwich+Soup+Salad
We are looking for a Chef to take over running the simple menu of Brunch and burgers at Rippers.
Great hours that give a good work life balance.
The role requires you to be responsible for ordering, menu development, stock control, kitchen hygene & cleanliness plus the training of junior staff.
The ideal candidate -
*Has a minimum of 2 years in a similar experience with relevant referencs to reflect as such.
*Holds a genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry in general
*Holds a Food Safety Supervisor certificate
*Can keep calm in pressure situations.
*Has work rights with no restrictions on hours.
