We are looking for someone with extensive leadership experience, outstanding communication skills and extensive hospitality knowledge. Strong coffee know how a huge bonus.
Role responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of diverse talent.
- Taking ownership of your store and proactive troubleshooting ability essential.
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Managing ordering, rostering and system maintenance.
- Competent overseeing of coffee procedure and quality control.
To be successful in this role we require the following:
- Minimum 1-2 years in similar role.
- Someone who is both confident in their own abilities and open to growth and development.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly professional, independently motivated and a great leader.
