Winston’s is a beloved beachside restaurant in Bayside Melbourne, known for its elevated yet approachable menu, handcrafted cocktails, and stunning coastal setting. We’re currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade and contribute to the ongoing success of our food offering.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering the quality and consistency our guests expect. Our kitchen champions seasonal produce, working closely with local growers, farmers, and producers to create dishes that are fresh, vibrant, and full of flavour. We pride ourselves on letting ingredients shine, and we’re looking for someone who shares that philosophy.
You’ll be responsible for managing your own section, working alongside a supportive team led by our Head Chef. From prep to service, you’ll be hands-on in crafting well-balanced plates that celebrate the best of Victorian produce. What we’re looking for:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of seasonal Australian produce and cooking techniques
Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and collaboratively under pressure
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
Full-time availability, including weekends
