As a Client Advisor and Fitter, you'll be instrumental in delivering a refined, personalised experience for every client. From custom fittings to brand storytelling, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of our luxury offering while supporting daily showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Hosting
Welcome clients with warmth and attentiveness, creating a memorable and elevated in-store experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Training & Development
Take part in an immersive training program covering fabric knowledge, garment construction, and fitting techniques, with ongoing mentorship from seasoned industry professionals.
Sales & Styling Support
Assist clients in discovering garments that suit their personal style and needs, offering guidance on tailoring and wardrobe curation while developing your sales expertise.
Showroom Operations
Help maintain an immaculate showroom environment, assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure a seamless client journey and efficient back-of-house function.

Who You Are
Passionate about clothing, style, and creating memorable client experiences
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client services is highly regarded but not essential
