The role:
- Assist the venue manager at overseeing daily floor operations and coordinate FOH team.
- Greet guests, handle bookings, and resolve any issues. - Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow. - Help with opening/closing, stock management, and cleanliness. - Promote menu items, wine pairings, and specials. - 30+ hrs available Requirements: - Minimum 2 years hospitality experience - Strong front-of-house leadership skills - Experience managing shifts & floor flow - Confident with reservations, customer service & problem-solving - Knowledge of wine and Italian food a plus - Flexible availability, including weekends
