This role will require harnessing full creative direction whilst managing all aspects of the Napier Quarter kitchen and team.
Our simple, seasonal menu format is focused on local makers, quiet technique and produce of the highest quality. Our Head Chef will work closely alongside our management team, adopting our philosophy whilst bringing their own knowledge, skill and vision.
A work and life balance are now more important than ever; the successful applicant would be required to work 4 – 5 shifts per week on a regular rotating roster while fostering a positive culture focused on nurturing and brimming with inspiration.
