We’re on the lookout for a calm, capable and people-focused Supervisor to join our welcoming team at Beautiful Jim Key — a bright, joyful venue in the heart of Brunswick, known for its warm atmosphere, colourful design and strong community ties.
This role is perfect for someone with solid hospitality or supervisory experience, who thrives on great service, strong communication and creating a positive team culture. Barista experience is a must, and a passion for wine is a big plus.

Experience in hospitality or venue supervision
Strong leadership and communication skills
A steady, adaptable approach
Love for community and quality service
Specialty coffee skills (essential)
Interest or experience in wine (highly regarded)
