About us
Toorak Cellars is equal parts bottle shop and wine bar. We serve a constantly changing twenty wines by-the-glass, or customers can open any bottle straight off the shelf.
We believe strongly in the idea that wine should taste like fruit and minerals instead of oak and alcohol. The wines we serve reflect with great clarity, the soil from which they were grown, the the four seasons that passed through that vineyard during a specific vintage.

About the role
As a Junior Kitchen All-Rounder you are responsible to for plating dishes, organising stock, running and clearing dishes, completing prep tasks and cleaning tasks.
You will proactively contribute to the smooth running of the venue through the completion of pre service and end of service tasks.
You will participate in regular on-the-job training to develop your kitchen and service skills while always striving for continuous improvement across all aspects of your role and venue operations.
