About the role
As Chef de partie you will contribute to the preparation and service of high quality food consistent with the offering at Clover. You will work within prescribed food safety standards and the kitchen's operating framework as set by the Head Chef and Executive Chef.
You will maintain high standards across all aspects of kitchen operations including service, food preparation, storage and handling within your section and the broader kitchen, contributing to the completion of a regular schedule of cleaning and weekly deep cleans.
You will contribute to a positive workplace culture through the sharing of knowledge, feedback and a focus on ongoing improvement. And lastly, you will contribute to an exceptional guest experience and genuine hospitality which is true to our group philosophy.
