The Beast has been slinging beer, burgers and bands since 2012. We're looking for an experienced venue manager or AVM ready to take the next step into a VM role for our Brunswick East store. We want someone who is passionate about service, passionate about live music, passsionate about team development who also knows how to have fun. Responsibilities will be commensurate with pay and role but will include rostering, staff development & ownership of FOH financials to start. We will invest further in training and development over time.
