We're looking for a Menu Development Lead to help shape the next phase of menu innovation for the brand. This is a short-term, high-impact contract role focused on developing a tight, considered menu across bowls, sandwiches and breakfast. The brief is clear: create food that's fresh, high-quality, and defined by transparency in how it's made.

The role
You’ll lead the development of our upcoming menu, working closely with our senior team and warehouse.
We’re targeting an intensive 3-4 week development window starting ASAP. You’ll be given clear parameters around ingredients, structure and commercial guardrails. Your role is to bring that to life in a way that feels cohesive, scalable, and distinctly Cali.
Who we're looking for:
- Strong experience in menu or food development across multi-site environments
- A clear understanding of health-led food
- Commercially aware, able to balance creativity with what works in-store
- Confident, decisive and comfortable working to tight timelines
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the menu development across core categories
- Create dishes that hero fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Balance flavour, function and operational simplicity
- Ensure the menu is clear, focused and easy to execute across stores
- Work closely with internal teams to bring our vision to life
