HEAD CHEF
We are looking for the new creative leader for our kitchen! A hands on chef with experience and understanding of how a fast paced cafe kitchen operates, willing to work with the existing team on a weekly roster, will need to be able to create new dishes, weekly specials, while keeping our existing clientele happy with the flavours and dishes they expect. We are looking for someone who will not only have control over the kitchen and its team but be able to direct and maintain the kitchen, stock control, portion control, ordering as well as cook on a regular rostered basis. CHEF
We are also looking for a part time chef to join the team at db. Will have experience in a similar role, be flexible with workings days/hours and able to work with the rest of the team. If this sounds like you, please submit CV for consideration.
