Barista for Opens
Seeking a committed vocational Barista looking for permanent part-time role.
Calm, community focused store in residential area of leafy East Melbourne.
Preferably a local candidate with minimum 2 years experience, who is passionate about the industry and looking to focus on their craft for our friends and neighbours (AKA our customers).
Flexible employer eager to tailor a role to the right applicant.
Ideally looking for 5 days per week, Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesdays off) at Level 4 pay rates.
Shifts 7:00am - 2:00pm daily*. (8:00am start on Sundays)
Will also consider ;
casual rates, Mon-Fri shifts only (no weekends), Weekends only, or any other combination that suits !
Priorities beyond coffee making skils are your ability to communicate well with store visitors, your collegues and suppliers,
and that you are interested, kind and caring towards our visitors.
Barista role extends to requistite stock ordering and general participation in the running of the Cafe / General Store.
Paid breaks, free meals and hot drinks, 15% staff discount across whole store, inclusive of all groceries and bottle shop.
Minutes from transport or parking available.
MUST be available to work to end of year.
