Ima Asa Yoru is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. An exciting position is available for the right candidate looking to further their career.

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help manage and oversee an engaged and professional kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Jnr Sous or Sous Chef
  • Rostering and ordering experience
  • Understanding of financial budgets, food and labour costs
  • Calm and composed demeanour
  • Full availability, able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
