Bartender

As we head into Spring we are looking to expand our team for the busy season. We are looking for a Bartender to join our team at Pony! 

About us:

We are a small + busy neighbourhood restaurant in Armadale with a big personality, for our community as a part of our community.

We work closely, move quickly, and keep things simple -- good food, good wine, good people.

The role/you:

• In charge of day to day service of the bar.
• Make beverages in a dispense bar setting with speed and efficiency.
• Batching house cocktails, prep syrups etc.
• Maintain high standards of bar cleanliness and organisation.
• Must have 2+ years in bartending, with strong classic cocktail and spirit knowledge.
• Potential to be involved in menu curation if interested.
• 20-25hrs per week with more hours going into summer.
• RSA and full working rights in Australia.
