about the company

botanical cuisine is versatile boutique food manufactuer based in Collingwood, we make cultured botanical raw dips, spreads, pestos, sweets and more since 2009.

about the job

our admin role is the backbone of the company, it covers accounts, sales, and logistics as a mixed office position.

involving processesing customer orders, managing invoices and payments, and coordinate shipping and transport.

the position involves keeping the business operations running smoothly by linking the sales, finance, and delivery of botanical cuisine products.

the admin role is building customer relationships by understanding their needs.

account protocol

• recieve orders, input orders, pack and ship using dear inventory

• send out customer invoices and track overdue payments

• reconcile purchase orders with incoming payments using xero 

sales and accounts duties

• process new sales orders and update client database on softwares and stockist lists

• answer customer questions about products or anything related to the products

logistics duties

• book transport providers and track shipments

• physically pick and pack pallets, or retail cartons orders, preparing for logistic dispatches, this requires physically lifting boxes 

• stock management and stock counts; keep all products organised

we do have a very small shop that we sell our range from and the admin will be responsible for.

also, during production the admin assists with putting jars into boxes and stock management. 

these are just some of the tasks involved. 

work hours: TUES, WED, THUR 10am - 4pm, FRI 9am - 1pm
