Larder Chef/ pastry Chef required for immediate start.
Restaurant is located next door to the Iconic Regent Theatre, called Box Seafood Restaurant
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- You will be looking after the larder section
- Responsibilities include platting up cold dishes and making desserts
- Experience with Seafood highly regarded
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Quick during peak times
- Ability to maintain fridge stock levels and prep adequate food for service
- Bring create ideas for new desserts
- Thorough understanding of food allergies
