Johnny’s Green Room is looking for an experienced, energetic, people-loving Restaurant Manager to join our team.

We’re a lively venue with a great atmosphere, busy services, good drinks, great food, and plenty going on. We’re looking for someone who can keep things running smoothly, bring good vibes to the floor and lead a team that knows how to have fun while delivering fantastic service.

 What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, motivating and supporting the team through busy services.
• Managing rosters, staffing levels and day-to-day operations.
• Hosting guests, managing reservations and making sure everyone feels welcome.
• Running the floor and keeping service smooth, organised and on point.
• Handling guest feedback and thinking on your feet when things get hectic.
• Maintaining high service standards while creating a fun, positive team culture.
• Working closely with the wider team to keep the venue looking and running its best.

 What we’re looking for:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience is a must.
• Strong experience in rostering, floor management, hosting and team leadership.
• Someone organised, proactive and confident in making decisions.
• A natural people person who loves hospitality and genuinely enjoys looking after guests.
• Someone who can stay calm under pressure and lead by example during busy services.
• A great communicator with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour.
