Experienced manager for busy food store
Hennys Food Store in Elwood is looking for a passionate experienced foodie to help us manage our growing business. Specialising in fresh healthy food and roast chickens, and a predominately take away trade, we are looking for someone to join our team to maintain our standards and ensure a speedy effiicient service.
The ideal applicant will have similar experience of at least 2 years, friendly and capable of managing a busy service and team members. You will be require to work 5 days from 12pm to approx 8.30pm, overseeing the dinner service, pack down and closing of the shop.
With such a fresh selection, the FOH manager must stay in constant communication with the kitchen about prep, cooking and ordering, thus this role requires some kitchen management skills to ensure our products are prepered at the perfect time to meet demand.
