This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone who has a high level of drive and a deep-set love for hospitality and artisan patisserie to join our well established team. 

As our Patisserie Chef de Partie , you will assist our senior chefs with managing day-to-day pastry production, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency, whilst supporting and developing our Chefs. You also provide creative ideas on how to improve operations and product offering.

About You

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position 
  • A passion for excellence, innovation and coaching others 
  • Energy, enthusiasm and inspirational leadership style
  • Broad experience, technical competence and knowledge across pastry production with a desire to share knowledge with the team
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have proven experience in a production environment, as well as cake decoration expertise.
