Ruby Dining Restaurant is seeking an energetic individual with a passion for hospitality, gourmet cuisine, and exceptional customer service to join our growing team! We currently have opportunities for multiple FOH positions- All rounder/ Bartender/ Barista/ Shift Supervisor.
To be considered for this role you:
- Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience;
- Experience in either of - Bartending / Barista / Supervisory roles;
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture;
- RSA certificate;
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor;
- Availability to work flexible hours , including early morning (i.e. barista)/ evenings and weekends;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Compliance with all food and beverage regulations;
- Ability to assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations;
- Have general cleaning and organisation stock management skills;
- Have outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations;
- Willingness to support on the floor as an all-rounder when required.
