The Role:
- Full-Time Salaried Position: Lead the bar operations at Gigi Rooftop
- Signature Cocktails: Showcase your creativity by developing cocktails that align with the venue’s brand
- High-Quality Service: Uphold and extend the high standard of service which Gigi Rooftop is known for
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, providing insights into our offerings
- Lead, motivate, and train bar staff to maintain high standards of service and teamwork
- Manage COGS and stock levels to ensure targets are consistently met
- Conduct regular staff training on service and product knowledge
- Ensure staff presentation meets the groups standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, using FIFO and clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Monitor the venue for service quality, safety, and guest well-being
- Handle maintenance requests promptly to ensure a safe environment
- Uphold company policies
The ideal candidate is:
- Calm and efficient under pressure with a strong customer service focus
- Outgoing and friendly with excellent verbal communication skills
- High standard of presentation and grooming
- Can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence
- Current RSA certificate
