Our new Wine & Pasta Bar is hiring!
In the lead up to Summer and we are looking for experienced all-rounders to join our small team on a casual basis at Pastificio Sandro. Open Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience FOH - Bar, Restaurant, Cafe
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Attention to detail with excellent communication skills essential
- Works well in a close knit team
- Available weekends and evenings
- Must have RSA
- Knowledge of Italian food and beverage (WSET qualification advantageous)
About the role/responsibilities:
- Provide warm hospitality
- Maintain high levels of service and cleanliness at all times
- Able to run a section, three plate carry, excellent beverage knowledge and able to engage with guests
- Opening and closing the venue when required
