Do you LOVE pasta!?
You will be responsible for creating beautiful handmade pasta, both filled and unfilled, using Australian durum semolina and alternative grains. Curating and producing a range of take home sauces and meals to match will be a big part of your role.
Assessing quality control, receiving close training and contribute to a team of inspiring young professionals.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to create convenient, high quality restaurant products in line with the seasons and also be responsible for sourcing produce from farmers directly and artisans both locally and internationally.
