Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and the ability to inspire and lead a team. This role requires a hands-on manager who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, driving team performance, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance guest experience.
• Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring their expectations are exceeded at every visit.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain menu standards and ensure food quality.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Implement staff training programs to promote service excellence and teamwork.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on driving sales and managing costs.
• Experience in training and developing teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
