Event Sales Coordinator

The role
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an event manager who will work in beautiful and inspiring environments liaising with a diverse range of clients and businesses. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team responsible for the following:

• Sales, planning and delivery of events at our venues
• Assisting in development of sales and marketing strategy
• Supervising the event setup
• Management and/or being part of a team to make every event a success

This role requires a person who is:

• Able to demonstrate experience in a venue sales and/or event manager role
• Passionate about creating beautiful spaces
• Strong in writing, presentation, communication and organisational skills
• Warm and genuine, with a real desire to ensure an exceptional experience for our clients and their guests
• Flexible & self-sufficient
• Good at problem solving and lateral thinking
• Finely tuned to detail
• Able to work successfully within a team environment
