WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* An individual with a strong focus on service and knowledge in both food and beverage.
* Previous Management experience in a similar environment with an strong attention to detail.
* The want to work with a professional team in an iconic Melbourne restaurant
* Friendly, professional people.
* An individual to challenge themselves in a 600 strong award winning wine list.
* Hospitality Dilpoman and a minimum 2 years in a similar role and environment for experience.
* WSET and CMS training is desired but not essential.
THE ROLE: Manager
* Responsible for service and sales.
* Delivering exceptional customer service when acting in the role of the restaurant’s Supervisor.
* Maintaining the dining room to be an acceptable level at all times.
* Maintaining and exceeding guest expectations.
* Assisting the Owner with daily and weekly restaurant operations.
* To capably lead FOH staff members during service.
* Implementing and managing a roster of up to 35 staff
* Closing Procedures of the Restaurant
