Heartattack And Vine is seeking a new Venue Manager who shares our love for warm hospitality, creating great customer experiences and outstanding food and drink.
In our 10th year in Carlton, Heartattack And Vine is an all day venue that has become an institution within the local community.
What we will bring to the right applicant:
Your responsibilities will include maintaining our positive company work culture, rostering, day to day staff management, stock ordering, management of profit and loss, implentation of seasonal food and drink menus. Delivering inspired service, essentially withholding the standards that Heartattack And Vine has become known for.
You’ll report to the owners and work closely with our Head Chef, our management team and suppliers to implement systems that will enhance our all round customer experience.
