Lane's Edge Wine Bar has been a staple of Bourke Street's late night scene since 2020. We’ve recently switched up our offering, with our focus being natural wines, local producers, and championing a seasonal Modern European menu.

We are expanding our little team and on the hunt for a motivated and passionate chef. 

Our small team of positive, young, fun-loving people is on the hunt for a like-minded individual with a passion for local produce and cooking alongside the seasons. Working under our new Head Chef Garry Dick, you’ll be cooking, developing menu items, ordering stock, and more.

It is an opportunity to learn from our head chef and further develop your skills in the kitchen. In an effort to keep staff engaged in all facets of the venue we have our front of house team work across the kitchen, and our back of house team tend bar.

Must have:

• 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen

• Positive can-do attitude 

• Passionate and motivated 

• Wanting to learn and progress within the team

• Trade qualifications
