Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 per annum

The Role: As Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, manage and mentor a team of talented chefs, and ensure that every dish meets our high standards. You will be responsible for the development of our menu, ensuring a perfect balance of creativity, quality, and consistency. Your leadership will ensure the continued success of our business while pushing the boundaries of what we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of chefs, creating a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Create and innovate seasonal menus that reflect the venue's high standards and reputation.
- Maintain high levels of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient cost management.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experiences.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff, supporting their professional growth and development.

- A seasoned Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step.

- Experience in leading a large, professional kitchen team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
