About the Opportunity:
As a Section Waitstaff, you will be the cornerstone of our guest experience, guiding diners through our menu with expertise and enthusiasm. Your role is to ensure that each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience through attentive and friendly service. You’ll manage your section with professionalism, balancing multiple tables and responsibilities with ease. Ideal candidates will have a passion for Italian cuisine, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
The Ideal Candidates Must Have:
- At least 1 year experience as a Section Waitstaff in a high volume, fast paced venue
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must have an RSA certificate
