Our fun, vibrant and diverse team is on the hunt for an experinced Commis Chef to join our team on a part time basis with full time hours available to the right candidate. The role we are looking to fill is for someone who enjoys working in a small team, has autonomy over their own section and likes to serve high quality seasonal food in a faced paced exciting environment.

 The right candidate will have:

• An interest in Japanese cuisine
• Minimum 2 years experience as a commis chef 
• Clear and consistent professional communication
• Creativity & passion for the industry
• Ability to work in a timely and efficent manner
