Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu and quality standards.
- Contribute to menu development and create new dishes that align with our brand.
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery (at least Certificate IV is required) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Creativity and passion for culinary innovation.
