Orlo is a fire-fuelled neighbourhood restaurant in Collingwood where bold flavours, great produce, and relaxed hospitality come together. With a small but mighty kitchen team and an open kitchen at the centre of the dining room, we’re on the hunt for a solid, reliable Chef de Partie to jump on board.
We’re looking for someone who can hold down a section, stay cool in the heat, and take pride in putting up beautiful food every single service. You’ll be working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef, prepping daily, running service, and helping mentor younger staff.
